1. General Information
1.1. These Terms and Conditions define the principles of service provision by Softgile Poland Sp. z o.o., registered at ul. Złota 75A, unit 7, 00-819 Warsaw, Poland, NIP: 5252939138, email: info@softgile.com.
1.2. The company provides services exclusively to legal entities (B2B) based on individual contracts.
1.3. All services are delivered solely within the framework of such agreements. These Terms are for informational purposes only.

2. Services
2.1. Softgile Poland provides professional IT services, including consulting, software development, implementation, and technical support, with a focus on Atlassian product services and support.
2.2. The scope, terms, and specifications of services are defined in individual agreements between Softgile and the client.
2.3. Rights and obligations of both parties, service level (SLA), payment terms, liability, contract termination, and dispute resolution are governed by the individual agreement.
3. Payment Terms
3.1. Payments for services are made under the terms specified in the contract and based on the issued invoice.
3.2. Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, international card payments, or other methods specified in the agreement.
3.3. Conditions for recurring payments (if applicable) are detailed separately in the agreement.
4. Refunds and Complaints
4.1. Refund and complaint procedures are governed by the terms of the individual contract.

4.3. The complaint handling process and timelines are defined in the contract.
5. Liability of the Parties
5.1. Liability, limitations, and exceptions are regulated by the individual contract.
5.2. The company is not liable for any damages resulting from incorrect usage of the products unless otherwise specified in the contract.
6. Final Provisions
6.1. These Terms are published for informational purposes only.
6.2. All contractual relations are governed by individual agreements concluded with clients.
6.3. Disputes and issues are resolved in accordance with the terms of the signed agreement, applicable law, and jurisdiction.
6.4. Unless otherwise stated in the agreement, the applicable law is the law of the Republic of Poland, and all disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent court at the registered office of Softgile Poland Sp. z o.o.
