For the first time, we are telling about the training we conducted!

So, we are a company that implements Atlassian solutions for banks, insurance, IT companies and other areas. Most of these solutions involve teamwork and total interaction.

Our clients receive support and assistance from us in implementing these products into the structure of their company. That is, we explain how to use the functions of the Atlassian product. And we began to understand that this is not enough. It is necessary for our client to use the products as efficiently as possible, for this it is necessary to understand the basics of flexible methodologies.

Among our partners in Ukraine, there is a company that has enormous experience in conducting and organizing such trainings in Kyiv and other large cities of Ukraine. Then we decide to join forces and apply the experience of our partners in Baku. In two months, we organized a full-fledged training for 25 people, getting bumps and leveling problems with promotion thanks to partners. The details of the organization and preparation can be enough for several articles, if briefly, it was difficult and exciting.

The results are very simple. The Softgile team has gained experience and understanding of how to “do it”, and most importantly, that it is in demand and useful for our partners. This can be confirmed by 25 people who have received ICAgile certificates.
